I saw the Cardiacs three times live.
first time was when they supported Marillion in 1984.
i also saw them in Chelmsford Chancellor (I think it was) in 1990 and at the Army & Navy in 1996

Fucking hell this a blast from the past.
They were superb live. The first time I saw them was the year before in a nad that that supported them at the Croydon Underground. I was hooked instantly by their soundcheck.
Lovely people too.
