So the fraud in Minnesota is turning out to be in the Billions with 91% of those charged being Somalians.

just got back from a few days in the UK and spent some of the time in London having not been in Central London for a few years and it seemed different to me. Literally everyone working in the service industries (Hotels, Shops, restaurants etc.) seems to be European and notably eastern European. Is this some new normal? Are they doing jobs born and bred brits refuse to do?
