They are OK Debs. Like all meds they make you feel a bit queasy at first but they are not strong and you can function normally .

I was prescribed them w67 but in the end couldn't bring myself to take them. Might reconsider though as been really down over the last few days.

I’ve suggested councelling for us both, talking to somebody about these feelings of anger and management strategies but it falls on deaf ears. I’ve a friend who is going through his own healing process after being diagnosed with PTSD through childhood trauma (isn’t it always?) and he’s taking an alternative path whilst travelling through south america and tryying various mushrooms and all sorts deemed to have therapeutic help for PTSD, even the mention of it or me subtly congratulating him for going all out to try and get himself better is blanked. She knows she has issues, she knows they need lookijng at head on but she just can’t face them."

Rdn - what’s her general attitude to mental health like? I’ve she’s very dismissive of any talk of it she may be in deep denial. If she can talk about it openly and calmly that’s good
