US Politics Thread

Seems like the main politics thread is becoming a Yankee-Doodle Trump-fest, so maybe scope here to split them out.

Will see if this one gains any traction ..if it does will move over a few of the million posts from our two protagonists from the other thread.

Yee-haaa!

I sometimes question who's side you are on between Iran or Israel/US out of this conflict. Iran has threatened and continued to threaten both Countries refusing to agree or stop production for nuclear weapons which they haven't denied is their aim and who they wish to target. A Regime who killed over 30,000 innocent civilians of their own people, yet your main focus is always to come down hard on US/Israel trying to put a stop to their undeniable aggression amd despicable acts against humanity intentionally and happy to admit that themselves.

There was no imminent threat.
No invasion by Iran
No UN Security Council approval

Nothing legal about this war.

Nothing illegal or completely unncessary about it.

By the way, many innocent civilians were also killed during WWII. It happens during War unfortunately.

I’d hardly be celebrating that fact.

Yeah war sucks, but the US military is the best at keeping innocent casualties at a minimum.

Nobody said they were perfect.
Especially when they’re illegal and completely unnecessary.
The US have history of innocent civilian casualties in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria etc etc. They specialise in blowing up wedding parties.

The Iranian people are going to be super pissed when Trump swans off having done nothing for them.
Same goes for all the surrounding ME countries.

Yeah, war indeed does suck, wherever it's waged.

Perhaps a reminder closer to home of the suckiness being inflicted is needed.

Couple of Iranian dirty bombs made from Uranium salvaged from their enrichment facilities.

One on Wall Street, the other in the Pentagon.

Make America Glow Again.

Looking at the scale of the war it’s amazing that there hasn’t been more collateral damage.

judging by how the US military has performed under Trump so far I’d say they have been superb.

As far as Iran is concerned I’ll take Trumps policies over Obama’s and Biden’s. Only reason they have been able to build out their missile capabilities and drone weapons is because of all the money Obama and Biden gave them.

Just like the Border, Crime, record high inflation etc Trump has to clean up their mess.

Oh it’s just British kids you don’t give a fuck about.

Got it!
last time i checked the US hadn't vaporised any schools in the UK.

is there nothing he can do you will not forgive? sexually assaulting women? insider trading at your expense? blowing up schools? disrespecting servicemen?
I’m pretty fucking sure Trump wasn’t the one who’s aim was off or who set the wrong co-ordinates

My guess is it was somebody else. Just a hunch.
Such a weak response son.

His choice to wage an illegal and unnecessary war. Every  US death is on him. The death of those kids is because of his choice to go to war. And he doesn’t even have the good grace to admit the error.

Same way Bush & Blair were responsible before him.

oh well thats okay then, dont worry about the 100 or so kids killed - its war.

your orange rapist hero could at least have the good grace to admit blowing up a school instead of trying to pretend it was someone else.

2 days ago Trump was saying how precise these weapeons are and now he cannot even admit the mistake.

are you talking about the nukes that were obliterated or the ones the US intelligence said didnt exist? or is this the ones that were an imminent threat according to no-one apart from Israel?

Oh fucking stop it- it’s a fucking war with Bombs and missiles getting thrown around. Although it’s tragic shit happens. The Iranians are deliberately targeting civilian areas in Israel. It’s not like it was intentional. The effort to avoid civilian casualties on the Iranian people is second to none. I don’t see any other country putting in the effort the US military puts in.

Guess we should just sit back and let the Iranians develop a Nuke then.

Both will graduate college with a Degree from a reputable university with no student loan debt.

I’ve put in the work and have plenty to show for it.

Then There is you, the man who is apparently retired, what really means on Disability. Who doesn’t know his arse from his elbow who acts like he knows the markets yet knows fuck all about technicals and why they are important and why so many investors use them.
