Massive match Sunday and we need to take something but a win will take and keep us out of the bottom three.
Hopefully Summerville is back and if he is just one decision for Nuno to make and that is which of the centre backs misses out... Really tough decision for him as Disasi has been great since arriving, Dinos and Todibo were both outstanding against City.
If Summerville isn't fit I'm guessing he'll go for another midfielder and hope he does as I'd prefer not to go three at the back again.

Barkley has no business keeping pace with bowen there. The captain needs to step it up.

Traore was wide open to the left and he plays it out to Bowen. Unbelievable!

this is what you get when you prepare the players to play in that originally planned, negative fucking set up. the players look disinterested, and back to their old ways. after having to change things, he still didn't have any width wide left. the manager is a cսnt

Well done Nuno for changing it around. Was needed. Let’s hope it works.
Trouble is, we're still one short in midfield but we'll see eh?

Just looks like a mess.
Not a surprise when you lose a key Centre Half in defence minutes from KO going from 3 at the back to 4. Typical of our luck at times. Best laid plans flying out the window.
oh right. So the back 4 wasnt the original plan for this game?
Why set up with a back 3 for Villa?
An Email for @Nuno.

Considering the late change in defence whilst sticking to the game plan, it would have been more of an idea to just play Kilman for Todibo ao to keep that shape and game plan. With chucking in a midfielder for a defender last minute playing a totally different formation has led us to look all over the shop.
the thought of Kilman under those Villa corners......

Nuno needs to roll the dice here. A defeat is not the end of the world so anything we get out of this game is a bonus so let push up and take a few risks our goal difference is meaningless we need points to survive and if we can creep a little closer to Spurs or Leeds or Forest the better chance we have.
Throw Kante on and Wilson for Pablo and Potts and lets see, but defending a one goal defecit is pointless.

Taty needs someone along side him for him to play well...he just ain't a lone striker.

Lucky to be only one down, has to be Wilson and the Hulk on. Sorry but Potts is out of his depth at this level, no point saying otherwise.
Could be an awful day.
Just doesn't have the physicality, and without that would need exceptional game reading and positioning...and he doesn't have that either. Shame.
Not like I haven’t been saying it all season, have I?

The four at the back most of us wanted hasn't improved us going forward but definitely made us worse defensively than last week.
We're lucky to still be in this.
Don't think Potts adds enough in midfield. Not got the athletiscim of Magassa, and pushes Fernandes out of dictating the play and the Soucek-Fernandes team up that had flourished.
Hook him, stick Adama on. Then keep Kante warm for Pablo, and Magassa for Soucek.
Is there a law preventing Bowen from switching to the left side? Bring Adama on the right and flood the midfield - Magassa, Potts, Fernandes. Soucek looks lathargic today. Bring KWP on and shift AWB to centre back if we don't trust Kilman to come on - which I don't.
