Hermansen, yep i'm guilty here of writing him off.
What he lacks in arms he makes up for in brain. His awareness of whats happening in a crowded box and where to play out to, is quite something. Very composed as well. Id like to see denmark qualify for the world cup now and see how he gets on.

Can't get my head around why he's still there
It is a strange one for sure, no sign of him doing anything but he's still there, it's like suicide. Suspect if Levy was still there he'd be gone.

Apart from the set piece nonsense, I feared playing these more than Arsenal. Arsenal are looking blunt in everything but cheating set pieces, and I thought we defended them superbly yesterday. We should go into the rest of the fixtures full of confidence.

I’m convinced Disasi must be Chelsea’s best centre half!

Surely Liverpool beat Spurs today hopefully by a big margin.

Have a nasty feeling Forest will turn Fulham over today.
Hopefully Palace beat Leeds, keeping them right in the mix.

C'mon Fulham, it would be unbelievable if after this weeks fixtures we crept ahead of them.
If Forest fail to win later it's going to be looking good with maybe 38 enough. All if's and but's though.

It's a big relief to get this fixture out the way, on our day I think we can beat Man Utd, Arse, Chelsea, Liverpool etc, but these cunts are a different animal. A terrific point.

It seems like in some ways there's a long way to go, but in other ways not so, it really is one game at a time. And as much as you hear we can only look after ourselves, other results are important. If Forest win later with Villa away up next it's a worry, that's not to say we can't get anything at Villa.

Mav-nificent point!

Just caught up on the game (working yesterday). As many have said already, a proper backs-against-the-wall effort. But some real fight and character emerging from a squad of players who looked a mess for most of the season.

Hope Jimmy isn’t out for long.

Still think we need a big, unexpected win to go with expected points against Wolves etc. No reason why we can’t go to Villa and get something.

I find it much less stressful when we just know our place and capitulate.
AWB looked dodgy until Doku came on, Taty was never going to look like a footballing god when we played like that either. That was a proper dug into the trenches performance,

Even though it was a draw there were quite a few 9s and 10s performances, kept their freak more than quiet when it mattered.

Spurs staff ordering more quilted toilet paper for their players as we chat.
Cant bring myself to want Liverpool to win, but am hoping for a fucking decimation of Spurs later.

Exactly, Mav and Todibo were made to look poor when in reality both are now showing just what good players they are, Disasi has been immense as well and Hermanson looking a  top level keeper.

Great defensive performance led by Mavro backed up by Todibo, their determination over the last few games has inspired the team. Diuof had his best game for us,even releasing pressure taking the ball out. Disasi a great calm influence, classy. However AWB was awful, lost countless challenges and one of which led to their goal. Bowen,Fernandes and Soucek determined too to helpout. Bowen another assist, who said he was past it. Taty and Pablo run around but not effective enough. Had this down as 1-1. City lacked ideas, fluke goal otherwise Hermansen excellent. If Summerville was involved with his quick distribution we could have grabbed another, hopefully against Villa

So happy how mav has turned it around.  Still think it was playing with kilman that was the problem.  Made him nervous and rash

I fucking hate playing this lot and was a bag of nerves and was sure they were going to score at the end, but thankfully not. A great point and let's hope results go our way today.

As I said on Tuesday Mavro is a god, and some on here have wanted him dropped.

As things are shaping up Arsenal might have the title in the bag before they rock up in May, it may depend on what happens at The Etihad next month.

Blimey, one effort all game. Mad.

How did Guehi put that effort over in the 94th min? For all the world that looked like Man Utd all over again and it would have been devastating.

I can't recall ever being so happy with a point.

For the first time in ages another team that isn't Wolves or Burnley is shorter odds than us to go down. Amusingly it's Spurs, but Forest aren't far off either. Great point today, we've certainly given ourselves a good shout of staying up.
Yep.
Whatever happens from here...if we continue this attitude and still go down I won't grumble...nobody  can  knock the effort these players are showing now.

Nothing like that bloke who looked like he was smoking 60 a day under Potter, Loppy and co.
Todibo is another one that has  suddenly grown a pair of bollocks..

I thought Η Φούσκα was magnificent tonight. I thought he was out cold when hit on the side of his face, But got up and carried on. Our goalkeeper was great too.

Just home, great to get a point, thought we would fall apart when they went 1-0 up but this team has some steel about it.   Hermanson was excellent, maybe doesn't come across on tv just how good a passer of the ball he is.  Pleased for Mav as well.
