Well after the disappointment of the Liverpool surrender-fest, next up it's the challenge of Man Utd away.

Amorim seems to have found a way to get them winning points, but their old challenges prevail, with unadventurous wing backs, a pedesitrian and hti and miss central midfield, and no consistent chance-creation plan.

Nuno has a reasonable record against Man Utd (I think I read somewhere) and despite the Bookies having made them huge favourites for this, this feels more likely to yield points than Liverpool.

For us, Paqueta is out. Summerville is out.  Rest of the squad is available.  Will Nuno give Luis G another go in the Sumemrville berth with Paqeta out and few attacking options available, or will he match up Man Utd with a back 3, and keep the improving Magassa in the side?  Can Wilson manage another game in such quick succession?

Predicted Line Up:
Areola

Wan Bissaka  Mavropanos   Todibo   Diouf

Magassa Potts

Bowen     Fernandes    Guilherme

Wilson
Subs: Hermansen, Kilman, Igor, KWP, Irving, Rodriguez, Soucek, Fullkrug, Earthy.

Predicted Scoreline:   I reckon we get something from this, although maybe a win proves beyond us?

1-1 (Bowen, Mbuemo).

We're going to lose unless there's a rethink in how we set up. By how many I don't know.
Don't suppose it matters what the line up is if we're going to be as shit as we were on Sunday, but:

Areola

AWB
Todibo
Mav
Diouf

Magassa
Potts
Fernandes

Bowen
Wilson
Don't know. Guillerme I guess. We need a proper wide attacker there to offer options and stretch the game. That was one of the big mistakes against Liverpool.

Bench will be absolute bare fucking bones. This squad is in a dire state.

Thanks Sullivan.

Moving Todibo from where he's finally playing well and giving him somebody new to play alongside, not for me

You mad man, he's already been using Walker-Peters as a wide left Forward.

So is that Wan-Bissaka and Diouf, both our Full Backs? Rains when it pours.. ⛈️

Should be fun to see what wacky alternatives he comes up with this time in their absence. Probably Hermansen and Steve Potts.

Common sense would suggest KWP and Scarles but this cսnt will go with Soucek and Guido as inside full back pivot trequartistas.

Reckon we'll see Igor at LB, and KWP at right back during AFCON.

Talk is he wants to sign a LB too so maybe not convinced Diouf is ready to play every game.

90 minutes of soul destroying, gutless, cowardly, shitcuntery and beard rubbing followed by Nono (Attacking) hitting his pipe.

He'll go back to wingbacks I reckon, especially as they do the same, well I presume they still do as not been taking too much notice.

I'd consider pushing diouf further up and bringing in KWP. I don't fancy guilherme, I reckon he'll be gone next month
But what do I know, as optimistic as I always am, I can't see us getting anything without Paq and Jimmy.
