Also comical how they point to our outlay on transfers as some sort of thing to be proud of. It's the opposite. It's embarrassing.
They refuse to acknowledge that a large part of the supporters discontent comes from the fact most of us know the way they identify and recruit players is very much flying by the seat of their pants on a whim and a prayer.

It ain't an exact science but if the club is run properly then Kilman never gets signed on that transfer fee, wages and length of contract. He's not the only one though. It's been a thoroughly depressing and recurring theme which is 16 years in and counting.

And as usual the way they answered it just confirmed the individual is at West Ham.  If they weren't no harm in saying "it's no one here".  Doesn't implicate anyone, just confirms nothing to do with us.

By answering it how they do, it basically confirms it is 'someone' at West Ham.

Targeting consistent top 10 Premier League finishes is just a meaningless soundbite in isolation. 15 of the 20 clubs will target a top 10 finish with the other 5 teams targeting survival. That's impossible so without a very detailed plan including how to overtake named rivals for this target year-on-year, you may as well just target being champions for the next million years in a row.

Given those results any CEO with integrity would resign

None of those objectives will be met without the club being recapitalised via a share issue of additional share capital
Lets say £1bn which means Sullivan would take up £388m & the other shareholders their proportion
Any shareholder unable or unwilling to do so should  sell up
In fact Sullivan who has mismanaged the club appallingly should sell up. As should the others who are just passive investors who add no expertise or gain to the club operationally
