I think it's a pretty damning fact that as football teams around the world were tearing down their municipal athletics stadiums to build a proper football stadium modelled on the atmosphere of a traditional British ground that those idiots shoehorned us into the worst possible example of a municipal athletics stadium totally unfit for football.

Still there are fans thinking this pile of shit is decent.

Yep and what I love about our long suffering fanbase is we call it out straight away for what it is. Unlike so many other disingenuous fanbases (Gooners, Chelsea) who think they can never do any wrong would just sugarcoat the entire farce and pretend that what they have is the absolute bollocks. Thing is, had those wankers actually delivered what they promised (which I never believed they could from the start) then the majority of the genuine fanbase would have been content and accepting of what happened for all the right intentions. What transpired though was the total opposite. A 'project' littered with lies and spin that would make bith Campbell and Blair blush and was effectively about feathering their own nests and a Club used as their plaything and nothing else. They certainly never had the fans best intentions at the heart of such a huge decision, that's for fucking sure.

And the owners (not Brady) have never drawn dividends or salaries.

For the money we pay Brady, I refuse to believe we coudn't get a more adept, brighter, sharper CEO (or what ever her job title is).

Everyone is making the assumption that the club will survive no matter what, they see that the worst that could happen is relegation. Him, Brady and Gold (when he was here) have fleeced and lied to the support for as long as they have been here, systematically selling off, re mortgaging, over inflating the costs of players who have been bought through preferred agents. Apart from the initial buy the board haven’t put any money in to the club apart from when it’s earning them 6%, it’s the clubs money, Kretinsky bought in and his money was used but all GSB seemed to have done is run the club on borrowing. Fuck me are we really any better off than when they rocked up?
The cheapest stadium, stewarding and policing costs in probably all the divisions, training facilities that are totally eclipsed by clubs with a third of the gates we get and still we have no money even though we’re being overseen by a self proclaimed business genius. She’s a genius at making Sullivan money, They’re asset stripping the club, and if you looked through anything different than your claret and blue spectacles more would see it.
We apparently owe other clubs we’ve bought players from a fortune because of the way we structure payments, everything is mortgaged even the shitty training ground, we own fuck all and will always own fuck all while these are bleeding out the club. I don’t think the fanbase will realise until Sullivan says one day “fuck you all, I’ve had enough and made enough, there’s fuck all left”.

I’ve a feeling this will be his last season involved (fingers crossed). Nothing more than a hunch really, but I have said before, the apathy is slowly turning back to anger, and we could see another ‘Burnley’ or something even more embarrassing for Sullivan.
