And Marzipan. When I cam to Brussels the first in 2005 I first encountered artisan marzipan. This stuff is made if real crushed almonds (which I always liked) . God knows what the stuff we used to get given in the 70s and 80s. Disgusting stuff. If I got some wedding cake I'd remove it and place back the icing before eating. .
