Spurs cannot keep losing can they? and Palace are consistently inconsistent. They get a few wins then follow up with a series of draws or losses or at least thats how it feels with them this season?

Is it coincidence that we started the season abysmally conceding goals from basically every set piece against us with the midget in goal, and now we've put him back in again we've conceded a load more goals from fucking set pieces?

I don't want to see that t-rex armed little fuck in goal for us again, he's fucking useless. Yeah he's had a couple of clean sheets but they were games with fuck all to do. Hermansen arguably won us that game against Fulham tonight and he has been in goal for three of our four clean sheets all season, despite playing in far fewer games than Areola.

We still concede too many goals but equally cannot take enough of our chances. Not enough finishers in the team now Bowen has hit a slump in form.  Our defenders and midfielders ( aside from the odd Soucek goal ) dont come up with goals from set pieces which was something that won us a lot of games in the Zouma/Dawson/Ogbonna days. Mavropanos gets chances but puts them all over or wide.  Cresswell used to get goals too back in the day.  

Yea that's pretty much how I see it Alf, still not good enough at either end. Even if we win tonight I won't be too hopeful of catching Leeds, looking at their fixtures they have winnable games coming up and have a kind run-in, I don't see them imploding unfortunately. They have Wolves, Burnley, Brighton, Brentford all at home.

They're a different kettle of fish at Anfield and we were pretty unlucky. I still think we need to drop the keeper tomorrow though, I guarantee you he will cost us a goal.

The first one definitely. The second one probably. Areola is actually a very good shot stopper. His reactions and athleticism are pretty top notch. Just doesn’t command his area as well and go for crosses confidently. 

Also we want more possession and Hernansen helps with that more so I understand the choice. Just comes with some pretty big downsides.

We gave them far too much space around the box, AWB being the biggest culprit from where I was stood.

That said, I wouldn’t mind betting we turn up tomorrow night and get 3 points, then it really will be panic stations for the 3 around us.
