2 games before the break with us, plus he would've had 2 with Holland.
So a few games missed, for sure.

When they go down, should we show our appreciation?
Let's not get too cocky Mex, yes one has to enjoy it of course but we are still in the brown stuff ourselves.
It would be suicide for them to keep the Croat, so fully expect him to go and maybe as early as today, but who comes in? I think Redknapp at nearly 80 and having been out the game for so long would be seen as too risky. Sherwood? But that would be a risk too. Will be interesting.

As much as you would like that, his injury has been grossly exaggerated by the internet gossip mongers.

Hoping Diego Simeone sends his Team out to snap a few ankles and kneecaps tonight and/or winds the opposition up so they get themselves sent off het again.

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
The team look incredibly together, positive and on a mission. Not that it WILL lead to us staying up or winning the cup, but I should think we are in better shape in terms of togetherness and positivity than most of the teams around us aside from arguably wolves, weirdly.

After our FA win the teams morale and camaraderie will be high which bodes well for our upcoming PL matches

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
We were two up against Chelsea. In a one off game think there hit and miss and we can compete.
Arsenal...well we dealt with set piece FC in Brentford for the most part last night, so maybe.
City I think would and will pass us off the park.
But in a one off game anything can happen of course.

Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
IF we beat Leeds, yes it's very tough to have to go through two of the four from Arsenal, Chelsea (assuming they both win) and the victor of Man City/Liverpool and win them both. You'd say one is doable but to get past two of those sides is a big ask and you're probably needing luck and an off day. But you never know what might happen. I guess there's the scenario where Saints do Arsenal and we manage to draw them, but I cannot see it.
Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
Unlikely but still not impossible, did anyone think Palace would beat City?
Re: West Ham United 25/26 relegation thread
I'd take that. be gutted to go down but all i am really bothered about in my lifetime is to win the FA cup.
Plus going down with the likes of Kante, Mayers, Potts etc theres good foundations to rebuild. FA Cup win then a play off win next season after finishing 8th? Sold
Although play like we did last night from now till end of season and if Jimmy isnt crocked......we will have a great chance of being safe.
