US Politics Thread
Seems like the main politics thread is becoming a Yankee-Doodle Trump-fest, so maybe scope here to split them out.
Will see if this one gains any traction ..if it does will move over a few of the million posts from our two protagonists from the other thread.
Yee-haaa!

British exports to the US tumble as Trump tariffs kick in
The main thing stalling UK exports to the EU is EU red tape. The stuff we're exporting is exactly the same stuff that was accepted without question while we were in the EU, so it's fuck all to do with the quality of the exports.
They drop the protectionist shit and UK exports to the EU will rise. Of course, the inefficient protected farmers and companies in the EU will never allow that to happen,I never say it's anything to do with quality. Yes kits ref tape between the UK and EU that wasn't there before when we were in the EU so you've qualified the stupidity of leaving.
It's ALL EU red tape. The UK cannot remove it, only the EU can do that. They chose not to.

Looks like Cuba is next.
Would be a big win for Trump bringing Cuba out of the Abyss.
The Cubans in Florida sure will be happy if Trump pulls it off.lhttps://x.com/politico/status/2032465271940850004?s=46&t=lLtbssQkNTv4aBFIadkCwg

WASHINGTON, March 13 (Reuters) - U.S. economic growth slowed more sharply than initially thought in the fourth quarter amid downward revisions to consumer spending and business investment, government data showed on Friday.
Gross domestic product increased at a 0.7% annualized rate last quarter, revised down from the initially reported 1.4% pace, the Commerce Department's Bureau of Economic Analysis said in its second GDP estimate. Economists polled by Reuters had forecast GDP growth would be unrevised at 1.4%.

A US refuelling plane shot crashes in Iraq
A C+ P from the article Iraq is still not stable. The US the UK and others funded Saddam when Iraq attacked Iran in 1980 roughly a year after the Islamic revolution in Iran. There was a ceasefire in 1988 exactly two years later Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990 and the the first Gulf war followed
Centcom described the crash as happening over friendly airspace, but this is a region of Iraq where pro-Iranian militias operate. Iran's military claimed on state TV that an allied group had targeted the plane with a missile.

Ahh, so that's why we aint seen the cսnt anywhere yet to greet his adoring public. In other words the Regime is desperately flailing about trying to prop him up as some kind of bonefide Leader of the Country when he has no fucking idea what the fuck is going on. If that's the best they can do, then they are clearly bang in trouble. In the meantime whilst he's enjoying his catnap, keep crushing the Regime...

The mission to kill Reinhard Heydrich was called Operation Anthropoid, which I thought was very apt.

" when oil prices go up, we make a lot of money."
nevermind the average people who don't own oil comapnies and have to pay higher prices for petrol, food, heating, clothes etc etc.
Trump updates.
There is no war,
This is a war,
The war ends soon,
The war is just beginning,
Iran’s nuclear program is gone,
Iran could have a nuke in 2 weeks,
Iran has no navy,
Iran is planting mines,
Iran is weak,
Iran could attack California,
Oil is down which is good,
Oil is up which is good.

Re: US Politics Thread
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, straight out of American politician Central casting is a complete cսnt of the worst kind.
Lets see he has called the war in Iran Operation Epic Fury, i mean what the fuck but he then decides his whole speech should also be taken straight from Thanos. He said if the Iranians defend themselves he wil " rain down fire, pain and death upon them" then when asked how long the war may last he said "our will is endless"
The operation should be called
Operation Epstein Cover Up
Operation Jayhsus is White and American
Operation MAGA (Murdering Arabs by Great Americans
Cunts

Is Trump the one who said that women come of age at 6 (SIX) the other day in one of his bonkers rants?
You know when he isn’t talking about White House curtains when asked about the death of US servicemen
