Seems like the main politics thread is becoming a Yankee-Doodle Trump-fest, so maybe scope here to split them out.

Will see if this one gains any traction ..if it does will move over a few of the million posts from our two protagonists from the other thread.

Trump stepped up with a Bold and courageous move to take out the Iranian regime. He could have easily rode out the next 7 months for the mid terms instead he did what is right for man kind.

Starmer the Muslim obviously won’t go along the cսnt, no surprise there. You better hope you don’t need the USA ‘s help with Russia any time soon.

Trump is the only one who is standing up against the Islamic invasion (although Japan has caught on and Italy are starting to catch a clue too) and all you wankers can do is criticize.

You truly do deserve everything that is coming your way.

Is bombing the shit out of Iran somehow standing up to the Islamic invasion? Do you think there will be more or less refugees after this?

And all the people in Iran that have seen their country destroyed, do you think they will suddenly have a greater love for the US after this? Or do you think the region will be even more anti US/Israel? How many US embassies have been attacked so far by locals?

I think criticism of an illegal war is fair game.

First off Bombing Iran is about stopping these lunatics from developing a nuclear bomb. They insisted on enriching Uranium to weapons grade. The US offered them free nuclear energy forever and they refused it.

So Bombingvthe shot out of their facilities absolutely works in delaying their ambitions.

As for more refugees they’re coming anyway you dope.

Sadly for the USA the level of stupidity of its President grows day by day week by week.

The situation that presents in the Persian Gulf is the obvious example of this stupidity.

Trump is acting more like Frank Spencer than Forrest Gump in that the hapless Gump managed to make things overall better compared to the never quite clever enough Spencer leaving a trail of devastation.

Trump can end this farago in the blink of an eye but he won’t until Bibi gives him the go ahead. Instead of urging Tankers to grow some and try transiting the Straight of Hormuz Trump needs to put his big boy pants on and strike a deal, it’s what he delusionally prides himself on, but that won’t happen until Israel meets its own objectives.

Lets not make this personal, The UK , France, China, South Korea and Japan have not responded with any actions to the US  request to assist them to allow the free passage of merchant ships through the straights of Hormuz
