Because you can't put Arsenal out and god forbid make them play on Sunday then on Wednesday, or Arteta will cry again.

Easter Sunday is a shitty day to put any matches on really.
Cooking a roast for 8 or in the pub with mates from 1pm.  Tough call

That’s Easter Sunday. A bit shit weekend to choose to have the qtr finals.
Brilliant I hate the Easter weekend boring shit and good to have a big game to look forward to
For those of us with enough imagination (and family) to fill a long weekend, it’s not so brilliant.
A bit gay. Do you have a turkey on Easter Sunday?

You don't have to go could watch on TV if you have family stuff planned.
That is precisely what I'm going to have to do unfortunately. Tickets to my Uncle.
A, season ticket can definitely be a pain and often gets in the way with the unpredictable TV scheduling, I've missed 6 already this season.
Totally agree. it's a complete fucker sometimes. I don't think we've had more than a handful of home Sat 3pm games this season? 3 by my count but happy to be corrected. Also what's irritating is I believe the vast majority of our televised games have been at home as well and rather few of our away games. That feels pretty unfair also on STH. I know it's out of the club's hands but the PL should look at this with the broadcasters to an extent. Just from looking at the KO times I makes it 11 out of 14 home games televised and 6 (I think) away games.

It's kind of shit to fork out for an STH and in a lot of cases TV subscriptions on top only to have almost all the home games which we've already paid for once available to watch from the sofa, and way less of the ones most of us can't see not broadcast at all.

Exactly that. The Saturday is a far easier sell than Easter Sunday which is a fucking shit day to lumber us with really. We've obviously been put there so it suits the 'bigger' clubs to be on the Saturday although there is room for all four games on the Saturday as well. They could go 1200, 1500, 1730, 2000. Or have us on the evening of Good Friday.  But it is what it is. I'm sure the trains will all be running a reduced service too.

Yeah, silly weekend for it. Fucking annoying the other three are on Saturday and we get the Sunday. Worse for the Leeds fans though, I expect.
