Re: Strip clubs

As soon as the boxing stopped most of the punters headed straight for the bar leaving some poor cow taking her clothes off in the middle of the ring while the few odd bods who stayed to watch ...

We played Wolves in the cup about 10 years ago, I was in one the lounges after the game with my two boys when Bill came in , I tried to explain the presence of greatness and showed them them front page of the Programme with Bonzo lifting the cup. Everyone in the room was in awe ‘Bill, would you mind...

Re: Heart of Midlothian
That kind of model will only work if you start small.(Lower division club.Or smaller League.) You can't do that at this end of the stick. Unless your'e happy wasting hundreds of millions. And Tony Bloom ain't in that business. The strategy seems simple. You rent an office, employ 20 actuaries to si...

5 points clear seem to have broken the 2 horse stranglehold on Jock fitbaw The days of dodgy old scouts roaming parks looking for talent is long gone. I well remember the unfancied John H Stracey going to Mexico City and, much to everyone’s surprise, putting one over Jose Napolese to win his world title. Re: NFL (since 2016)
I was in Dublin for Minnesota Vikings v Pittsburgh Steelers 2 Sundays ago.
Never had any interest in NFL but went as I’d never been to Croke Park. (And it was corporate)
Fantastic 4 hours of entertainment, great atmosphere with 40,000 yanks there. Actually enjoyed the game and may even go again
