Reckon Glasner will get a big job in Germany rather than Man U
Gary Neville reckons Man U should go for Tuchel Ancellotti or Pochettino
Glasner, Eze & Guehi gone. Wharton & Mateta off in the summer
Nice while it lasted but Palace likely to return to being Palace

It's three different managers he's been equally shit under, though. So what do you pin it on?

Ha! Yup- we'd still be saving a load of money over the course of his contract by paying them to take him.

Atleast we might be able to drag Palace into a relegation dog fight this way..
Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
Lads the early signing of a couple of overpriced Mendes clients has possibly had its intended effect. Placate the fans, appear to show urfency and action and create false expectations which Sullivan is undoubtedly world champion level at.
2 weeks have since passed by, our best CB aerially at set pieces has got injured, our supposed playmaker is 3/4 way out the door and we are playing a team in poir form hence arguabky a chance if gettmg something.
What have we done last 2 weeks? Nothing and actually arguably weakened the squad overall with Guilherme and Wilson, now Paq all gone or on their way.
Everything Sullican does is simple short term cash flow based with the real cost kicked to the future snd hence more expensive due to borrowing / interest payments. Guilherme sale undoubtedly in my mind, structured to get us the 20% down payment on Taty and Pablo. So nothing gonna happen on incomings until someone else sold or agreed to be sold and with a deal that gets us cash to make down payments or a loan fee.
Sullivan’s cash drawer is empty, we are in debt to the tune of 200 million or more with transfer annuities stretching 5 years into the future. We are essentially a zombie club that when relegated is gonna be diwn a long while as the only playing assets worth anything being sold off.
In short, Sullivan has given up on staying up. He would welcome a miracle but actions tell me its about finding ways of gettimg cash and minimising cost at the expense of long term debt. Putting off the problem and no plan to solve it financially or otherwise.
Sullivan, Brady have totally “cooked” this club to the point of no return. Kretinsky and Golds, Tripp etc also complicit in ruining the club and everything it meant to the historical fanbase. Staggering levels of arrogance, ignorance, narcissism and incompetence all round.

We might get a loan or 2 of some old, slow, high experienced at big clubs once, has beens to appease fans but not much else.
Paqueta will be missed not for what he has provided by way of chances created, goals etc just simply because he will be one less player we can call on that sometimes has a half decent game. Soucek, Guido becoming more important simply to fill in the holes, not in the squad or as subs , in the starting 11. We bolstered attacking options and Sullivan, as always, thinks that was all that was needed.
We absolutely deserve relegation, its no surprise and clearly the direct result of incompetent owners primarly Sullivan and Brady ably facilitated by Kretinsky, Golds, Tripp etc who have let our narcissistic leader commit self harm year after year.
Paq is going. The only thing the club will try and do is get the best deal.

Not convinced. Scarles biggest recognised weakness is under the high aerial ball.

Re: Winter '25/26 Transfer Rumours Thread
A lot of noise about us chasing Nadi from Brighton for months, but then so are Newcastle and Palace
If we could, we could get a win at Spurs and Forrest lose at home to Arsenal by a wide margin, then we would be four points behind with a tighter goal difference
Winning well at Spurs could change how we are being viewed as nailed on playing in the second division next season, and then we could attract more players than we are now

Possibly Alf, but Nuno seems to be hinting in all his pressers that we are actively looking. Don't forget we got 20 mil for the Moroccan fraud on deadline day.

He did, yeah, and it fell through at the last minute. Paqueta was doing his badge kissing, and now he want to leave four months later
